About the Watermark

The watermark tool places text, such as your name, brand or website, on top of an image. You choose the position from nine anchors, the font size, colour, opacity and margin, preview the result, and can watermark a whole batch of photos with the same settings in one go.

Frequently asked questions

Can I watermark many photos at once?
Yes. Add every photo, set the watermark once and press ZIP.
How do I make a subtle watermark?
Lower the opacity to around 30-50% and use a small size in a corner position.
Are my images uploaded or stored?
Each image is sent over HTTPS to the Image Tools server, processed in memory with the sharp image library and returned straight to your browser. Files are not saved, logged or shared, and nothing is kept after the response is sent.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it is completely free with no sign-up, no watermark on your results and no daily quota. Open the page, add your images and download the output.
