About PDF Forms
PDF Forms is a free online tool for working with fillable PDF forms in your browser. It lists every form field with its name and type, fills fields from a JSON object and can flatten the result so the values become part of the page and can no longer be edited.

Frequently asked questions
Is PDF Forms free?
Yes. PDF Forms is completely free, with no account, no sign-up, no watermark added to your files and no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded when I use PDF Forms?
No. The PDF is opened and processed inside your browser with JavaScript, so the file never leaves your device and is not stored on any server.
What does flattening a PDF form do?
It turns the filled values into regular page content, so the form looks the same everywhere and the fields can no longer be changed.
Why fill a form from JSON?
It is fast for repeated paperwork and for developers: inspect the field names once, then reuse or generate a JSON file to fill the same form again.
